    Look...there is no way Shane or PAC could manage making 12 rounds if either one is lande over 45% of their power punches...its even less likely for PAC given that Shane will be still considerably stronger at 144. The point is neither man will be looking to see who has the stronger chin. They will be practicing hitting without being hit in return. IF Shane or PAC win by KO I'm sure it will be b/c it was a clean effective and powerful shot. Not b/c someone is wieght drained.

    Of coures Shane is past his "PHYSICAL PRIME"....but he still is one of the best P4P fighters out there today based on his recent performances. Overall Shane's skills are better than they were when Shane was at his Physical prime at the age of 29 or 30.

    that was a quick interview...ofcourse pac would say yes...

    but if you watched fully the interview...there was not an outright yes...he said so long as they would agree on the negotiation, the is willing to fight ssm

    Cotto didn't beat Shane on my card.:yep ANd 6 losses need to be put in perspective...he lost to great fighter some twice. No shame in actully seeking the HARDEST Challenges and sometimes falling short than to PICK fights that suit your style and have a nice shiny "0" attached to your record.

    Really?:huh A shot fighter won't got 12 rounds with a PRIME and highly capbable fighter like Floyd..nor would a Shot fighter be compeitive against a larger and very dangerous fighter like Nard.

    And i guess a shot fighter won't lose a decision to Felix Sturm right?

    Nard is extra-cautious, thats his style. He was always gonna win that fight and was something like a 4-1 favorite. He knocked Oscar out with what looked like a weak bodyshot. Nothing to suggest that Oscar wasn't shot.

    And Floyd is overrated. Oscar was competitive with Floyd cause thats what happens when you stick a stiff jab in Floyd's face. Oscar gassed bad in that fight despite not taking many body shots.

    Oscar's been a part time fighter for a long time now. He's lost focus since that 2nd Mosley fight

    Welll that "shot" fighter was also grossly over weight and fighter far above his natrual weight class. Even if you are correct which I don't agree with Floyd being over rated.....unproven against the very best yes...but his skills can't be denied nor can his athletisim and talent.

    DLH has been a part time fighter and that's why I don't think we've gotten the very best out of him that we could have...but DLH was a great fighter in his prime and he's faught the very best and has always been competive.....asided from Manny of course.

    Floyd a small welterweight is closer in size to Marquez than Mosley is to Pac, yet it's okay for Mosley to fight Pac and not okay for Floyd to fight Marquez after coming off 18 months?

    Please. The double standards is stupid on this board, the sad part is you have idiots like bladerunner posting in any Floyd thread talking about Pac KO 1.

    And we are the obsessed ones? Please these haters go out of there way to try to **** people off. If you disagree, debate it, no need to cry Pac KO 1 in every thread about Floyd. On top of that, look at the threads made, most of them are by Floyd haters. :lol:

    i am sure that this is not yet in the bag but for pac to have the balls to fight ssm even at a catchweight. it shows a lot of balls. as much as a ******* as i am, i can't see pac winning this one.

    shane is one big mother****er compared to pac. sure he is a bit old but he ko margarito a while back and went the distance with cotto. so he is not really shot, a little past his physical prime possibly but still a dominant beast compared to pac.:yep

    but i am sure some floydettes here would insist that pac and mosley are roughly the same size. :hey

    what does that make pbf look like? a ***** cherrypicker. sure, i came back from retirement to fight the number 2 p4p guy.

    If you want to use weights than... Floyd weighs in around 147-149 on fight night.

    Even if we use the highest number which would be roughly a 7-8lb difference between Marquez and Floyd on fight night. It's still WAY smaller than the 12lb advantage Mosley has over Pac. :deal
