No way Cris gets down to 250 in 2 weeks. Push the fight back a month and Wlad gets his ass whooped

Dude Goosen already said no. While some fighters are in the role to say "I want the fight!", Goosen has HBO support and their excuse role going for him. Why would he risk all that on two weeks? Chances are if Vitali vacates his title or takes a voluntary defense, the WBC will be there for Chris.

    I agree.

Arreola last fought April 11th...he should be able to take the fight.

This would be a mistake for Arreola. He is too green and would be taking the fight on too short a notice. Plus he would have to travel to Germany.

People should be giving Wlad credit for signing to take on Haye, who Wlad's detractors dared him to fight. And now calling out Arreola. He wants to fight the "dangerous" guys. Arreola should take advantage and give it a shot. Vitali made a name for himself fighting Lewis on short notice. Even if Arreola loses, but puts forth a strong effort, he will help his career.

As has been said, there is very little for Arreola to lose here while making 2-3 million dollars!! Why not? It wont ruin his career, hell he has a chance to win and if not he cane surely learn something from the fight and make him a better fighter.

No way Goosen puts Arreola in there with just 16 days to prepare.

Wlad is losing time trying to go this way, he should be calling out Valuev, Chagaev and Dimitrenko.

That was meant as inspiration to Arreola and some of you posters who are afraid for him.

reasons why he should take the fight.
    1) Chance to become ring magazine HW champ
    2) Career high payday
    3) Vulnerable champion with questionable jaw
    4) Punching power of Arreola
    5) just fought a tall good jabbing HW

I could do more what else do you want? Stop being afraid for him and grow a ****ing pair!

Valuev was the first person they contacted and he said no.
