Such a shame these poster's are trying to discredit Mosley just so they could defend Floyd. Any unbiased person here could see the motive of these sickening individuals.

Fact is Floyd is welterweight. HE should be fighting Mosley. And this BS abt not being natural WW, then move your ass back to LWW. If you say you are WW, fight the WW. If not then go to the lower div and ask for a catchweight.

Shane refused a fight with FMJ. YES, but that was years ago. That was then, this is NOW. In fact, shane is older now. He should be a cakewalk for the most "skilled" P4P fighter in the world, isn't it joyboys?

As for $$$, yes that is a valid reason. But **** FMJ-Mosley is bigger event than FMJ-JMM, he will earn more (from PPV's and more than 15m guarantee purse but not the 20m he's demanding). And as a fan, you would not be concerned with the dough, you ain't gettin none of it.

I cannot and will never understand how you could defend Floyd. This match with Mosley has been there for the taking for at least 2 years now why didn't he took it? Coz he's an opportunist through and through and he's got stupid, illiterate and dumb-**** fans like you.

i'm a fan but im not concern about the money, its just that i understand his decisions being someone who also works hard for money and not sit around the couch whole day. If i have an option for another job that pays twice as much my current one and is just around the corner(my current one a bit far from home) then i'd take it

Fact is even if you want to give Mosley **** for picking a smaller man to fight at least he's taken on the threats like Cotto and Marg. WILLINGLY, not like Floyd who ran away and you'd have to hold at gun point to sign to fight either of those two. Mosley has loses on his record because he fights the best. Floyd doesn't because he refuses to fight the best.

you got a point there pal.
    mosley vs. cotto. done
    mosley vs. marg. done
mosley vs. pac. he is praying for it.
mosley vs. pbf. i doubt it.

so there is no double standards here. who is left there anyway? mosley is looking for a money fight. he aint getting it from cintron. clottey or williams. besides, he is looking for a golden parachute for his retirement.

just wish though that mosley fought mayweather. same height. same weight. practically same speed.

Void refused to fight Pac, Cotto, Mosely, Margarito, etc., Void not only refused to fight Pac, he refused to fight Mosely a fighter Pac will soon fight. Void has no shame.

Would you really want to see him fight Cintron though? I wouldn't. Clottey? Eh take it or leave it. Williams would be interesting but I feel he'd lose and there isn't much money in it as you mentioned and Shane is just looking for money fights. I'd like to see him against Mayweather myself since it'd be a good match up. It's not the Shane of old and he's lost a step but I think it would still be a good fight. Will see what happens but there is a good chance Mosley-Pac might eventually happen. Time tells all guy.

agree. its just i want the best fighters of their generation to fight each other in the same way pac, em, mab and jmm fought wars. although em-jmm did not happen and mab-jmm was fought when mab was clearly way past it.

just imagine cotto, pbf, mosley, margo and throw in dlh. would have been very interesting but heck, what did pbf do.

he went south and feasted on hatton, soon jmm and pac.

That is why i could understand the monetary excuse Floyd is sprouting. It's for HIS own benefit, but as a fan it should not be a valid excuse to duck a legitimate match.

Greatness is measured by what you do and how you perform in the ring. Everything else is speculation. And Floyd just leave too many questions unanswered. For someone who's suppose to be EXTRORDINARY and this generation's perfect embodiment of P4P, you should be pushing for matches that will prove this undeserved praises. Yet you seem to be looking for every excuse and bullshitness to defend his ducking of logical matches.

Mosley fought Margarito whom Mayweather avoided.
Mosley is not a cherrypicker such as Mayweather.
Moseley deserves this opportunity to fight Pac.

Do you know that PBF rejected 7 millions to fight Margo several years ago ?

Did you know that Margarito was offered a fight as the replacement on the Judah-Mayweather card after Judah lost?

Did you know that the 8 million (not 7 million) offer to Floyd had baggage? Meaning, in order for Floyd to sign to fight Margarito he had to re-sign a multi deal fight with Arum.

Floyd wanted more money for bigger threats and Arum would only guarantee less money for bigger threats. (Mind you Mayweather just bought himself out of the contract he had with Arum)

Arum said Mayweather could never get the DLH fight as well.

I'm sorry but bigger threats less money?
