It would be a great fight to stage at the O2.

 

One of these days, Bhop is going to get in the ring and really look like a 40 plus yr old fighter. It will happen sooner or later.

Unless he gets in a war or two, I can't see this sort of thing happening overnight and I think he'll realise when it's happening and retire before it's too late.

 

Froch better stay as far away from B-hop as he can - but if he wants a nice payday for a nice ass-whoopin - then sign on the line. After the fight - he can say - "There's no shame in losing to a Legend!" Take his paycheck to the bank and await the next fight.

 

I don't know if I can stand to watch Borenard spoil another fight.

 

It's not a done deal but it is the best fight out there for Froch. Bute is beatable and either way it will be a brilliant fight. Hopkins is all wrong for Froch and is too much of a risk considering he is trying to build his profile in the States- not destroy it before it's even began.

 

Frequently, it does happen overnight. those of us close to bernards age see it. Your reflexes slow down, its harder to stay in shape and you lose muscle mass and power.

Bernard is going on 45 years old!
