I take Haye's injury at face value, but...

    ...he needs to pipe down now.

    I extend Haye the same courtesy as Povetkin, Chagaev, and Vitali (for most of his injuries) in believing that indeed, its legitimate. But just as was the case with those guys. the burden of proof is now on him, and he needs to stop the trash talking, recuperate, and prove himself as a legit heavyweight contender.

    why is it idiots like you think haye is faking the injury?

    do you know the consequences of pulling out of a fight without a cause?

    Sounds like he says he believes Haye, now it's just time for him to shut up and prove something. I agree.

    I said that I am taking him at face value, meaning that I believe him.

    Sir, I will not call you an idiot, as I have no need of insulting someone to make myself feel better, but you really should take the time to read what soemone is saying before you insult them.

    agreed. now he needs to shut his mouth since he ran it for so long and then pulled out. let everyone down and lots of money was lost. he cant say these guys are running from him now...wlad was willing and able....bottom line is haye is the cause of all this now...hes the one who looks bad

    It's very doubtful he's faking. He stand to lose TOO much. And back injuries in sports are VERY common.
