Us Haye fans were really worried it was severe injury. But nothing is broken, sprained, dislocated, pulled, herniated, strained etc and the fight can happen in 3 weeks. Have you ever slept wrong and woke up with a sore back, it is really painful? Haye has been sparrin with 6'9 David Price, so his backside most of really been taking a pounding.

Having all that weight leaning on his back in training could easily throw out anyones back.

A sore back is terrible, it can totally immobilise you.

But if you're a warrior like Mike Tyson, you can fight with it even being broken.

It's stupid . . . to push a fighter to the max during training that he can't make it to the big fight he was suppose to be preparing for.

With this news (if it's true) . . . I can say Haye simply lost his balls and chickened out. :deal

We got the best news possible. Pretty much this is a very minor injury. Haye is just in a period that he needs to rest up for about a week.

Terry, you're an idiot... if he just needs a weeks rest then fight on schedule.. you sign a contract for a date.. make the date.

Just a sore back, ice that **** up, pop some painkillers and get back to work.

It is just a minor injury. Haye said himself he just needs a week or maybe two of rest then he could take the fight in 3 weeks easy.

Well he should shut his mouth and wait for the official medical findings. Otherwise this is just an excuse for the fight not to happen on schedule.
