Spot on! at my old local they had to put on security by law on wednesday nights as there was usually some form of live entertainment, however instead of picking a responsible and experienced bouncer they hired a 5 foot 4 dyke with an attitude problem and a crew cut who started 10 ten times more dangerous situations then she ever diffused. One of her favourites was to grab hold of blokes twice her size and try to drag them out for being dressed "too casual" although the pub had no dress code. I think violence towards women is disgusting and would never condone it, however you shouldnt hang around the big dogs if you cant handle getting bitten
True, women have been going on for years about having equal rights to men etc, yet when they get the equal right to get punched in the face they suddenly want to be treated different again. Having a female as a bouncer is just stupid, what if drugged up heavy weight guy gets out of control, whats she gonna do ****ing nag him into submission?
Women bouncers are hired to control the women patrons. There are certain situations where they are very helpful.
