    Winning a judgement against a bankrupt company is worthless,as Calzaghe would be last on a list of creditors.Suing personally is changing directions mid stream and shall be much more defendable by Warren.Only the lawyers will be the winners in that scenario.:deal

    Calzaghes minted with about £20 mill in the bank and being as Warren is acting a tit the judge should now make him pay up an extra 2 mill on top of the 2 joe is already owed.

    funny all these legal eagles come out from everywhere


    clearly the judge will find an equitable solution which will be warren paying up

    he is still performing pretty much the same role and anyone can see what

    hes trying to do. warren probably knew he would have to pay in the end

    and this was just to annoy joe and cost him money
