Look this is what they should do imo, postpone the fight till july 11th, and say by 2 1/2 weeks out haye is not 100% then wlad should fight somebody else on july 11th......if wlad beats up on another bum on june 20th it will make the casul fan hate him more, and continue to make the division look bad...... WLad look like a kid at a candy store, after hearing the news Haye was hurt.....and they made him sign that 3 fight deal....sounds like to me they are wary of haye.....if they thought he was some bum they wouldnt do that....and now the eagerness of wlad wanting to fight someobdy else makes him looked scared.
you are forgeting all about the business side of it..also the fact that we trained to be ready on the 20th..not 3 weeks later. Haye had his date...he cant make it...Wlad has waited long enough. Let Haye get healthy and they can get it on another time
If Haye is injured, he is injured.. not much to do about it! but i understand Wlads anger, specially with all the **** talk comming from Haye! I was really looking foreward to this fight! Damn it..
just cant see wlad being that scared of haye whos fairly untested at the weight whereas wlad has been there and done it. Kind of makes sense to fight if you train and prepare to peak for a set date. personally wanted to see them get it on and the best man win but injuries happen or tv channels go bust or whatever the reason things happen and wlad being fit has the right to get on with his boxing.
considering all the inconsistencies and hypocracies uttered by haye over the last six months, to take the hayefaker at his word is pure folly.
I say the fight should go ahead for june, 20th in germany with kevin" big mouth with a jab" johnson in the other corner. That way wlad can dispose of 2 frauds on the same night.
Klit though will lose a **** load of money if he changes the fighter. alot of british fans will simply not go if haye is not fighting getting their tickets, hotels and flights refunded or creited if he fights Changev or another fighter he is going to have to sell alot more tickets in the next couple of weeks. PPV figures will be non existent in the UK and i imagien HBO buys will suffer as well. Say what you think of Haye but he has sold this fight with his antics playing the heel. That is why i belive wlad might just extend it but if HBO say no then they will have to find anoher fighter.
