    Bring on the replacement!
I hear the cancer ward at St. Mary's Hospital is full of potential fighters. Perhaps someone with cerebal palsy is willing to fight? Ohh, maybe a blind man (without his dog of course)?
Oh, they got Chagaev? I guess he'll do. But I was so hoping to see Wlad take on some kid during his sixth week of chemotherapy.

Whoever Haye's publicist is needs to get fired. Hand? Back? 3 weeks? 7 weeks?

This guy is getting the worst beating of his career and it's not even in a boxing ring.

I love how everybody is turning this around and making it seem Wlad is the one responsible for Haye yet again stalling this fight. :tired

Seriously though, wasn't Chagaev just last week declared too sick to fight?
Even if he's well, he's not exactly an exciting match up.

They should get Povetkin instead. Even Ruiz. No sense in fighting against a guy who is sick.
Even if he says he's well, hell lose and then blame being sick. (see Bowe vs Holyfield 3)

If this is the case then we can't really ***** about Chagaev. Guess we'll have to deal with it.

Not for nothing but Haye is better off. A bad back is not an injury to rush. Especially when you are adding extra weight to your body.

chagaev is fine...its the rules in Finland that stopped the fight. This fight is for RING and possible WBA...this is good

Chagaev has Hepatitis B. He's had it since he pulled out of an Ibragimov unification fight in '07 with it. But he's got treatment and been cleared to fight everytime in Germany.

The problem with the Valuev fight being cancelled is with Don King. They scheduled it for Finland because they knew over there that Chagaev would never pass a medical. Therefore the only HW prawn that King has left - Valuev - gets to keep his belt without facing Chagaev.

So Waldo is going to have fought journeyman Thompson, shot Rahman, and now a fighter with hepatitis.

Waldo sure knows how to choose his opponents.
