Is this just rumour or fact that HBO will only accept Haye?

Way to go Wladimir and Ruslan! I have wanted this fight for awhile, ever since Ruslan established himself as a clear number two thanks to his wins over Virchis, Ruiz and Valuev. Now these two can get it on to determine who is the man.

Haven't seen any reports as to the severity of the injury.
Is it a strained muscle, or is it disc related.?
By now they should know the severity with the MRI.
He may be on his way with a chronic inflammation injury that flares up when he trains intensely.
If he stays at 205 he may be ok, but pushing 215 is not natural and his body won't hold up.
    What's your take, Chef?

  5. There has only been ONE official statement from the Haye camp, and they said it was a back injury.

how would wlad/ruslan be a "unification" bout when the WBA has two champs???? Fuk the Ring "belt". Fans want to consolidate actual belts so better fights have to made (as opposed to valuev vs anybody for instance). So when Wlad beats Chagaev, were still gonna have the same number of abc belt holders that we have now.

Mismatch?? Chagaev is undefeated, has legitly held the WBA championship for 2 years and is highly skilled. Sure, he's lost a step since the knee injury, but he's still a top5 guy. Plus he has an iron chin. This bout is no more a mismatch than the Haye fight was. Plus, they've shown plenty of fights that were FAR worse mismatches. Lopez vs Pensalosa was competitive? I can understand the "we're trying to build him up" argument, but what's the point if you're not going to show his matches onces he's champ, like Wlad?

  8. Proof ???????

    Thought not :hi:

I'll echo what Bremner said before. Proof?

  10. Exactly who is this guy, he has alot of info about Haye's training camp. There was me thinking he has a very isolated camp in N.Cyprus....what part of Cyprus do you live in Motorhead ???? or are you just talking **** ?

And Haye is not MY fighter, I don't idolize and nuthug like some ppl on here, I have never seen a bunch of ppl so happy a fight isn't happening as you Wlad fans

Well I never believe sparring stories and even if they are true it is pointless but some papers in Australia are saying Meehan was sent packing after knocking Haye down multiple times.

Again, I am not saying this is true or even relevant.

Who the **** wants to see two Russian bums go at it. I'd rather watch Wlad - Hay, or nothing at all. The HW division sucks donkey dick.

I've just realised that you're absolutely spot on. Maybe they aren't as confident in Wlad's ability to beat Haye as they lead others to believe. :think
