actually he never looked better than when he destroyed peter, his percision, and quickness looked great.. it was his last performance that worries me...

and he did loosen up in the last couple of rounds and KO carlos but he looked sluggish at the start

i would love to see that fight but povetkin isnt going to risk his mandatory shot with wlad that he has been waiting on for a year..

it is the fight that boxing fans should force but povetkin has won a tournament and a eliminator both of which was suppose to make him a mandatory so it would kinda be screwing him to force another.. if povetkin took the fight that would show ALOT though...

I agree ... however, I do think that Povetkin could potentially make a lot of money in a fight he is probably more likely to win than the one against Wlad. Haye has the ability to bring the money to the table that he may want to put his mandatory on the line.

NOV or DEC? to fight Wlad?

Wlad has a fight with Povetkin (ibf Mand) then has his WBO mand...at best Haye would have to wait until mid 2010.

I see Vitali vs Haye in sept, oct this year

I think it is very honorable that Wlad wants to honor his commitments agiasnt the two Saschas, as they are both bigger challenges with lesser paydays.

Haye needs to take on Chris Arreola or Alexander Povetkin. He has to earn his shot this time, and prove he is a top contender, let alone a title challenger. He needs to convincingly defeat a big, handy, talented heavyweight. Simple as that.

I'm not sure Haye will take a fight with any of the list of contenders.I think Haye thought he may be able to get at Wlads chin which is why he went for this fight. If Haye fought any of the contenders he could come unstuck which would end his dream of winning a version of the HW title.Haye has no more than a punchers chance against either Klit, and i think he may now have blown it.

He blown it alright, cus after Wlad loses, all there will be is Vitali, and imo, Vitali will be in the works with Valuev or Arreola. Haye ****ed himself out of the title picture for at least a whole year!

I would like to see Haye fight Arreola. He'd absolutely destroy him, and then people would see.

If Haye still gonna fight Wlad next and choose to fight and earn his way to Title Shot The fight between Wlad and David will be much bigger. I hope David heals as soon as possible and start CLEAN out those slobs on his way to the Glory:good
