    your missing the point... im not even a haye fan... I mean i like haye becaue he is exciting... but wlad knocking out haye would make me just as happy as haye knocking out wlad... either result is equally exciting for me...

    if haye wins= he brings fresh air to the division, a **** talking fighter GOOD
    if wlad wins= He proves hes not a boring fighter and was taken somewhere mentally he was never been before GOOD!

    i dont even think haye is nice like that... wlad probably would have knocked his ass out... but atleast we didnt know ... there was an aire of mystery to the fight that none of us could answer because we have never seen haye really fight in the heavyweight division and besides that his record is filled with knock outs for the most part..

    and why the **** are you even talking about the breakdown of ticket sales? you serious? who gives a ****...... wlad aint selling no 70k against anyone else....thats for damn sure.... we know wlad is just going to jab chagev to death and will either lose by decision or get ko'd late... who ****ing cares.... this wlad haye fight had the recipe to be exciting and interesting... atleast the build up.. now once again the heavyweight division falls victim to its own stupidity.. the heavyweight division should just be destroyed or they should do a heavyweight division (of boxing) vs Heavyweight division ( of mma) to spice it up or something.. its hands down the worse division .... i feel sorry for people who actually care about it

    i was hoping wlad would take a tune up or something .... or **** it... no tune up at all and actually just wait to blast hayes head off his shoulders... but no... why should i expect something that great from such a boring guy

    I'm really starting to get the impression with WWM that it is a black/white issue. Have you seen him in any of the HW discussions before this? And now he jumps in without knowing the situation other than he wants to see Haye fight. :-(

    so ok no haye butto me at least he did the right thing as far as picking an opponent. a man who already been through training and was post to fight what a week ago. so he could of made it easier on himself just fighting someone who out of shape, not ready or just aint got it. what would of happen to the guys who called him out? johnson, solis, ruiz, minto? like some say though , like him or not talking about chagaev he is rated #3. so he could just found someone in the teens or more.

    im not happy the fight is off but as far as replacement goes he found the best one in my oppinion. the three weeks yea i say lets postponed it but of course im watching the fight at home so its easy for me to say but if true on 7 weeks now.

    anyone going to the fight?? if so you feel it should be postponed and how far are you traveling?

    What's the point in waiting for Haye another 5 weeks?
    I'm not Wlad supporter but here I gotta go with him,he wanted to fight in march but Haye didn't.Only reason why Haye got the fight is because of his mouth.
    **** that,Wlad vs Chagaev is good wit hThe Ring title.
    Vitali vs Haye later on.

    chagaev is a decent last minute replacement but lets be honest...

    i would rather see wlad fight haye once ....

    than to watch wlad vs chaegev & wlad vs povetkin in the same night

    FOREVER?!?!?!

    it was ****ing 4 weeks for what could have been one of the best fights of wlads career.... it definitely would have been the most satisfying win because he hasnt ever been in the ring with someone who got peoples attention for a long ass time

    im not making this thread as a haye fan...

    im making this thread as a fan of boxing... and not supporting boring bull**** that has plagued the heavyweight division for the last like 5 years


    Ive been said for the longest that the heavyweight division needs to be recessatated asap

    would you pay ppv for chagaev vs wlad?

    probably will be... everyone that fights in hw that does not have the name klitchsko is garbage.... atleast the fight with haye provided some form of excitement

    I don't pay PPV for anything.
    Only HW fight that would make me THINK about paying PPV(depending on the undercard,etc) would be if The Real Deal gets another title shot as I'm a huge fan.

    Haye PULLED out....HAYE RUINED the big fight, people had booked rooms, tickets, flights, mad money has been spent, 60,000 tix sold, world televison spots secured, and we are supposed to change all that because haye " needs 3 more weeks"? **** haye. Im a haye fan, but when you pull out of a fight for whatever reason, you need to shut your damn mouth about telling the Heavyweight Champ what he needs to do....and get back in line. I cant believe the people who blame Wlad when Haye started this epic drama by pulling up lame. Ive heard haye needs till july 25th...thts 5 weeks after originally saying 3 weeks....who to say he doesnt reinjure and postpone that date? Haye has no grounds nor do his supporters when he pulled out of the fight..END OF THREAD.

    I'm with Rico Spadafora in this one, Wlad did the right thing in fighting Chagaev who's really an excellent fighter. Haye got his shot but unfortunately got injured, I'm pretty sure he could still fight the winner of this fight or Vitali. In all honesty nobody cares about the HWD, and the people that do want to have a clear Champion, so this is fight is important and I'm sure most boxing fans feel the same way :good
