I feel in the next year or 2 Shane is really going to prove that he is worthy of "sugar". Some say he already did, but i think he is got some great fights to define him as a great fighter in the division. He has looked really good in past few fights, minus cotto. I think he can definatly beat cotto but just needs better game plan.

But i cant picture Pac beating him... And i am a pac fan. I think mayweather also doesnt stand a chance. Shane is a big fast welterwight who is really comming into his own. What do you think?? Can Shane Mosley beat (Pac, Cotto, Maywether)?

Seriously I think Shane is slowing down a lot. He was arguably outboxed by Mayorga until the KO and even if he looked really good against Margarito, I think more slick boxers would still cause him trouble. Guys like Cotto, Williams, Berto...

Slowed down??? I think Shane still has world class speed in his hands, definatly the best chin in the division, and good stamina.

And Berto had a tough time with collazo a fighter shane walked right through. But Berto is young a few more fights and it can be a whole another story.

Of course. He can beat any of them and shouldn't be looked at as an underdog against any of them.

Why would you say except the Cotto fight where he really showed he still had it,and arguably won. He's got a new trainer he should have had for years and has some good knowledge and advice coming from his corner finally.

I'd really like to see him bite the bullet and take on Williams at welter. A win over him could overshadow his losses to the bigger Forrest and Wright in my opinion.

Mosley only barely earned the moniker of "Sugar" after his fight with Margarito. Before that he was a ****ing disgrace to the great nickname.

You are not a pacman fan if you think he can't beat Mosley, a real fan is confident about his fighter. Pacman will ko Mosley.

Mosley would definetly knock Pacquiao the **** out, he's just as fast and twice as powerful and just knocked out the most iron chinned boxer at welterweight. Pac doesn't stand a chance. I do see Mayweather winning a close UD against Mosley though by pot shotting and defense. As for Cotto I think Mosley can take a UD in a rematch. Funny how styles make fights cause even though I see Mosley Knokcing Pac out easy and I see Mayweather beating Mosley by UD I give pac a good chance against Mayweather....I think he'll lose a close fight to mayweather but he'll have a better shot vs him than vs Mosley most definetly.

the thing that scares me is mosley is 37-38, and so his age has to catch up with him eventually

Mosely would kill Pac. Period. Freddie Roach is way too smart to risk a fight against a guy as skilled, fast and powerful as Mosely.
