Good to see. Hopefully he's created TONS of separation from his manager as in "never gonna see or hear from him again". Holt annoys me so much...he was capable of winning that fight and either his conditioning and heart didn't allow him to do it. He's such a frustrating fighter to watch.
i wonder who it is, cherry? maybe?....i do think holt has potential to be a good fighter but he needs a better trainer imo
The conditioning was there, the dude's fighting spirit just got broken when Bradley got up from the best shot Holt could've ever landed on him and just kept fighting. It's demoralizing when you've KO'd guys in one shot before to land a shot that perfect and have the guy right back in your grill.
Great to hear. I dont know why Holt gets no love around here but he's one of my favorite fighters right now. Pretty solid card even though it's another dam PPV.
Holt has no heart... that or no stamina.. or maybe a little of both.. He had all the tools to beat Bradley. Even had him seriously hurt... but he just refused to throw punches. I've never seen a fighter put in a lesser effort in a championship unification fight.
I remember the **** you gave me Burowz simply when I said Bradley would win. Good times, good times. I'm glad he's back in action though, he's still a top 140 in terms of his talent, he's got all the tools, just needs to protect that chin & to find his fighting spirit.
When he is going to meet in rubber match his daddy Torres? I mean boxing match not supposed to win by head buts what I remember:think
I would also like to see this. I feel Torres has the beating of Kendall though, his explosiveness + Kendall's chin results in Torres having one-punch KD or KO power in a fight with Holt.
I too would like it but we won't see it as Torres can't make 140 anymore.Hell his last fight was at 154,maybe part of the reason he barely won.
Since Holt has no title, it'd make sense to finish up the trilogy even if it is at a higher weight. It's probably the highest paying option out there for him right now, too.
Well it was a FIGHT while it lasted. could not remember such a round for awhile absolutely wicked, RESPECT BOTH! But...It just looked to my eyes that Torres got Stunned bad when he got hit Holt's head and did't it hit straight at the chin after that Hold just finished him off...
