Haye is a different class to Chageav, its going to be a boring 1 sided fight in favour of Wlad. Lopsided decision or late TKO

Um....Thompson's chin is closer to glass than iron. Heart and determination is something the man had in abundance, as well as one punch power. But chin? Hell no.

Here's another thing, Wlad has trouble with Southpaws. We saw what happened to him in the Sanders fight and now he is fighting a much better, more experienced fighter then Corrie Sanders who is a Southpaw (Chagaev)

Maybe 3 years ago Chagaev was better but Chagaev's last time out was an embarassment. He was lucky to get the decision over Carl Davis Drummond, a guy who's barely a journeyman that no one has ever heard of. Why is everyone forgetting this? When that fight was stopped on the cut I had Drummond beating Chagaev! He looked ****ing awful in his last fight which makes me think that at this point Haye is a far more formidable opponent.

How anyone can watch this and suggest 'Thompson has no chin' is a complete joke statement, IMO.

It will be like watching the klitschko Ibragimov fight again, boring as hell with a predictable result.

Linear, but not universally recognized or particularly legitimate, IMO.

How sure are you that Chagaev will be backpeddaling the whole time? he was trying to get on the inside against valuev and threw bombs in that fight?

He trained for a bigger man for this fight and im sure that he will try to utilize a knockout strategy as he has no chance winning on the scorecards against Wlad, and he knows it.

On paper it looks like the Ibragimov fight, but something tells me that It will not be.

i would say linear and universally recognized and legit since he would hold

the WBA 'super', WBO, IBF + Ring Title.

However, not undisputed since Vitali has the WBC. I don't think he would need to beat Valuev at all since Chagaev already beat him.

I'm not sure if I would say undisputed if Vitali retires and the belt becomes vacant. Does Wlad need to win it to be undisputed in this circumstance? :think

Sanders was an power punching southpaw, Chag is a southpaw boxer/technician. Wlad didn't have a problem with Thompson and Ibragimov who are southpaw boxers. Made for boring fights though...

Would he be the WBA super champion? Chagaev himself is the 'champion in recess', not the super champion. To my knowledge the WBA hasn't stated how this will change things. They may strip him if he doesn't fight Valuev.
