It is wrong for sure but no offense, I'd rather stick with reliable sources that CONFIRM he cheated and have suspended him for it like many others before him were. So far I see nothing but a bunch of fans throwing words here and there in hope of making Concreto look better.

A judge just recently rejected Conte's attempt to have the case dismissed. Shane has sued Conte for lying about Shane's alleged PH use.

Shane said that a former conditioning coach led him to the steroid use without his knowledge. Shane was sued by the guy but won the case. Shane has been winning the battle in court regarding his proclamation he did not know at the time what he was taking was illegal or what it was. So far, what Shane has said has been backed up in court. He may very well win his civil suit against Conte.
