Vlad was actually ktfo in sparring and wanted to pull out of the fight, but another part of the contract meant that if Vlad wanted to pull out then Haye had to pretend it was him who was pulling out

I didn't know that they did not have physicians in Cyprus.

Wladimir should not give him 3 weeks. They should keep the June 20 event going. But I am sure Vitali could give Haye 3 weeks since he has not fight scheduled. I think this is quite fair.

Maybe he was starched in sparring. Wouldn't surprise me in the least.

what's the issue here? should haye see a specialist in cyprus over the one he'd like to see in london just to appease a bunch of petty, impatient little ***gots on the internet?

i'm sure we'll know the details of haye's injury soon enough, then you can all move the goalposts and crow on and on about what a hoax it is, how the 'doctor' is just adam booth in a wig and a long white coat and what a coward david haye supposedly is.

at least i now know what it's like to repeatedly headbutt a brickwall.

The issue is that Pizzaface decided to fly to London instead of getting examined by a local physician. I found it quite weird. It makes you wonder if he goes to London is order to cover up the story. It makes you suspicious.

or maybe we could all take our tinfoil hates off and think about other possible conclusions such as, haye is from london, knows this doctor from having seen him in the past, trusts him and thus wants to be treated by him.

Exactly, Pizzaface trusts him and he could cover up the story easily. Sounds logical.

Most likely Haye is having trouble with his sparring partners, which has made he and his handlers nervous. By claiming a back injury -- an injury that cannot be proven or disproven by doctors -- Haye buys some time to improve his tactics.

London is only a short flight away i would say it was pretty normal for him to fly back their to see a specialist.

No, it is not normal. It is like Wladimir flying back to Ukraine while having a training camp in Austria.

The normal thing is to see as soon as possible your condition which could be done is a local hospital. You need to know as soon as possible.

The only logical explanation is that in UK Haye will have mdia comfort. No questions asked.
