i think people are too up on diaz, he is a carear lightweight who is fat he is goingto be even more fat at 140 and we have no idea what that will do physically to him.....paulie takes it.

Diaz was doing alright against marquez until he caught out with one savage blow. I cant see him being troubled by Paulie.

the thing with paulie is he was extremly frustrating in the hatton fight to watch, if he can be more consistent with his world calss jab, and not be afraid to use the right, i see he keeps diaz at bay.

Diaz knows he cant get hurt against paulie and will go in for the kill. People assumed he would be "too slick" for hatton and actually thought he would win. I see this fight being just another one way beatdown.

diaz has worse boxing skills then hatton and is not the great pressure fighter of a hatton....paulie keeps him at bay.

So you're picking Malignaggi because Diaz is fat?

Malignaggi altough coming off a win,it wa against a weak opponent which I understand had him in trouble one round still must be worried by the as awful loss to Hatton. We don't know how he will be with a good fighter either.

I honestly think that since he's left McGirt he'll be a new man. He really seems like he's got his love for boxing back. I predict we'll see him back to his old self and him winning a wide UD

I would have picked Malignaggi to beat Alvarado but not Diaz.

I'm pretty sure he just finished stating recently that he's only boxing because it's an easy way to make money.

    I'll take Diaz by SD.

If Malignaggi wins, his career is rejuvenated and he probably sets himself up for a potential fight with the Urango vs Bailey winner.

this fight is a huge risk for both guys....if paulie loses badly he will be done as a possible legit contender....if diaz loses he will have looked overrated, which i think already....paulie will come hungry, i dont know about diaz.....

he lost bad in his last outing, and we dont know how he will physically be at 140.

mcGirt really stung paulie by tossing in the towel versus Hatton. He probably couldve survived another round despite getting a beatdown.
