I think alot of people really haven't given much thought as to what would happen if Chagaev actually beats Wlad on June 20th. My question to you is, do you think the division would be worse off with Chagaev sitting atop the Heavyweight division or do you think the shake-up would help the division get out of it's slump a little bit?

Chagaev winning is the worst thing possible for heavyweight boxing. The man is constantly postponing, getting sick, on vacation. etc. Even when he does fight, he's not all that to watch.
Fortunately he stands no chance of winning. Wlad is too good to lose to him.

Worse. Chagaev wouldn't get medically cleared to fight in half the world, and he'd probably defend against bums unless he's forced into another big fight or gets some other huge money opportunity, not to mention that half his fights get cancelled or postponed.

Im not the biggest Wlad fan here but if he wouldn't be the champ we would be stuck with Samuel ****ing Peter or Chagaev with his AIDS as the champion which would be just horrible.

I doubt he'll win,but if he did, we would have an undefeated, almost unified heavyweight champion.

Pretty impressive, and would set up (should set up) a mega showdown with Vitali for ALL the marbles.

This is basically a gimme fight for Klitschko. He should fight Jose Canseco as they both got the same chance.

It would most likely give us a WBC/WBA/IBF/WBO/IBO/Ring Champion because we all know if he beats Wlad Vitali is going to want to fight him.

That would be funny as hell if wlad gets ktfo by the fat bum. I would not be surprised at all. People just don't realize how weak wlads chin is. Brewster said he hit Wlad with a weak jab in the 3rd round of the first fight and had wlad in all kind of trouble. Brewster said manny has done a good job hiding wlads weak chin. Brewster said he never seen a chin that weak.

Yep, I dont know if that was Brewster's exact words, but he pretty much said "He never ran into a top class Heavyweight that can get rocked so easily, by so little". If you have some power and a chin, and are willing to take some punches to give them. you will always stand a decent chance of beating Wlad on any given night.

Why don't you take on the task of informing us of just how weak his chin is.............. that would be a good job for you, Derrick. Seems you've got a flair for such things.

If his chin is so weak, and Brewster said it took so little to rock him, why didn't Brewster just catch him with even a slight shot in the rematch, then? That surely would have put him down.

I do find it odd that some of the people on here who defend Roy Jones and Amir Khan's Chin are the ones who bash Wlad Klitschko's Chin.

That is a little odd to me and reeks of either complete stupidity, bias, or double standards.

Brewster was a mere shell of his former self that night, he came into the fight 15 months inactive and not the same mindset he once had.

Brewster couldn't land anything on Wlad that night, his jab kept Brewster at bay, and Lamon was content on letting him fire off shots on him from the outside. So Brewster never really got the chance to prove his theory to be true or not, seeing that he never really landed anything decent on Wlad that whole fight.
