And all of the morons who are actually blaming Haye for picking up an injury can also shut the **** up.

But even many of the Hayefans thought he´d just faked an injury because of the situation with Sentanta(?) ;)

Why fake an injury when the situation with Setanta isn't clear yet? He could have waited another week and pulled out if and when Setanta actually went down the shitter.

I would be suprised if Haye would willingly give up his biggest payday for the possibility Setanta may go tits up.

    Oh, and it's Shitanta. :deal

Perhaps it was a savety first move, perhaps it really was an injury, I don´t know. Whatever the situation is solved, the fightnight is saved and perhaps Haye gets a shot at Vitaly...

I got no problem with Povetkin, it's just becoming pretty obvious who is management is trying keep him away from him, and who there setting him up against. Povetkin was a little rocked by Chambers early on and was losing the first half of the fight, then lucky for Povetkin Chambers stamina problems came into play and that and his high workrate won him the fight in the end.

Put him up against a Peter or even Arreola and watch what happens, he wouldn't survive against either man.

Agree with everything except the end. I think he could beat those. Not saying he would, but certainly could. He is a superior fighter and they are verry slow. Anwyay, interesting matchups!

Well he's a better boxer than both Peter and Arreola, but he cant those guys and his chin has not been tested by a heavy hitter yet. I would favor them over Povetkin by a little bit, I have a very strong feeling he has a weak chin and it's bound to get exposed sooner or later.

Povetkin's earned his shot, he's beaten Chris Byrd and Eddie Chambers to become the IBF's number 1 contender, and he stayed active with a win over Jason Estrada.

David Haye should fight Povetkin, with the winner fighting Wladimir for the WBA, IBF, WBO, IBO and Ring Magazine Titles.

I wish Povetkin would fight the likes of Arreola, Haye or Peter. Those fights would be very competitive and probably very exciting; Povetkin has great activity level and is a good boxer. He wouldn't run from any of those fighters. He should stay away from either Klit. He would just get tatooed at the end of their power left jabs, cut up and eventually K.O'ed.

Vitali would have fought Haye if the WBC had not mandated he fight Gomez, now the WBC wants Vitali to fight Maskaev! Vitali has fought his mandatory, so let him fight Haye, then he can fight mandatory. Vitali will knock Haye out cold, mismatch and Vitali will knock Maskaev out.

That statement is quite an improvement on the press release the other day . . . where Booth was questioning Wlad's real stand on fighting Haye.

Haye is not the champ . . . not yet . . . so they cannot held Wlad hostage and responsible for their inability to meet the schedule. Like I said . . . Haye's people should start talking with sense . . . they are making themselves look really bad and stupid.
