I just spent the last few hours watching the pacquiao fights and realised how morales was able to brawl with him in there trilogy. take punches and give back at times, deal with that ferocious speed and still be competitive.

my question is which current fighter can trade with pacquiao and be competitive? not winde up on a stretcher but some who has the speed to catch pacquiao back.

    yea apart from marquez

Mosely or Cotto likely.... possibly Mayweather if he choose to but he wouldnt fight that way unless in spurts.

Pacquiao would retire him inside 2 rounds.

Let Valero beat somebody above C- level first before we start talking about him beating ATG's.

Didn't Valero get KD pretty heavily against Vicente Mosquera?

    I rest my case.

If Cotto trades he gets KO'd.

I would say Mosley and Mayweather.

i respect valero'z power but the worst thing he could do is to trade with pacman. he leaves himself too open and pacquiao hits people with power punches in angles you didnt know exist. "he has more angles that angles"

and cotto deffends when he gets hit, he doesnt start trading like morales did. mayweather is very smart and can trade but no way he does that with pacman. too risky

First punch Pacquiao lands and Valero would be out cold.

I dont know about that, he is naturally a lot bigger than Pacquiao & even tho he isnt one of my favourites I can say he aint a bad fighter either, Manny would feel his punches, no doubt.
