How many of you like Andre Dirrell??

and who the **** is miranda? .. some wild swinging hype job that's got even less cred then ricardo mayorga ??? ...

 

I like watching Dirrell fight and would like to see him get a title shot by next year.

 

He is better than Ward IMO.

he can also punch solid contender

 

I'm a big fan, I think he has tons of talent. I do wish he'd get a good trainer other than his grandfather to see if he could improve on some little things though.

 

yeah that can get touchy ...but then again it may just be like the byrd combonation of chris byrd and his dad joe ..where if something aint broke why fix it? .. same goes with jack mosley and shane

 

I think Dirrell is both stronger and faster than Ward.

I don't think that beating Miranda is exactly an accomplishment at this point. Watch the last couple rounds of that fight. Miranda was basically only throwing with one hand trying to land a KO bomb. And Ward turned it into a hug fest.

But, I also think that Ward is more focused than Dirrell and Dirrell better be at the top of his game.

 

dirrell is ok he hasnt really stepped up and he runs his mouth constantly when he beats some one good then i will like him cause he does have skill

Miranda would actually land on Dirrell. Dirrell is conventional. He's got speed and an amateur style.

Speed is the only thing that seperates him from the pack.

 

Oganov or Miranda

 

Miranda landed on Green and Pavlik.

Ward made him look like a lumbering imbecile with no option other than his right hand even if that was half the case.

Dirrell would actually get hit by some of those right hands where Ward would not.

Dirrell would also not fight Miranda, and just run the entire time.

 

I really like him. Feel like his management kind of fumbled by not getting him more involved. Instead of capatilizing on wins over Oganov and Hanshaw, they've got him out of action for way too long and he's officially lost all of his shine to Ward.

I still think he'll be great.

ward-dirrell is similar to mayweather-judah imo. both fast, one fighter with more pop and the other better defensively. direll is better than judah tho, the only problem is he hasnt faced top comp so we cant gauge his mental side which we see in the ward-miranda fight that ward definitely has
