He really wants to KO Khan and is keen on remaining WBA World Champion, seems like hes coming in threatening fashion, Khan is gonna be in for a tough night against someone who can take a shot and keep coming forward, this will be Khans real test since St Claire, this is the real coming of age for Khan, as long as the fight isnt spoiled by the referee jumping in while Kotelnik gets hit on the gloves on the ropes

Should be a good fight, Khan needs to be focused to win this, Kotelnik is being too overlooked, it only takes one punch to change a fight, but if all goes well, i believe Khan gets UD somewhere around 117 - 110.

I have pointed it out in other threads that people are overlooking Kotelnik, with some people already mapping out who Khan's 1st and 2nd defence will be against!

He has toned it down since the Prescott fight.

Thats because the average boxing fan will hear Kotelniks name and think ''Who?'' :think, i really believe though that this will be Khans toughest fight where hes gonna have to use ring craft and box cool like he did against St Clair, and keeping away from big shots at the temple/chin.

To be honest, its a damn shame that in Amir Khan's last 2 fights, the opponents got injured or disabled thereselves through accidents, ***an would have been a 7 or 8 round job at least for Khan i think cause hes a tough man, he broke his leg after getting knocked down of course though, and Barrera obviously got caught in a head clash and that huge fricking cut opened, its been said many times, i really believe Barrera would have given Khan a tough night and Khan would have gone UD12 to win, the injuries spoiled the fight and THATS why we dont really know HOW MUCH Khan has TRUELY developed with Freddie Roach, cause the opponents in his last 2 bouts got injured early on by accident.

An 18-21 year old Khan being constantly hyped and being told ''your going to be a legend'' isnt gonna make him shy, when you got a youngster like him being so hyped and celebrated it IS gonna get to you and make you think you are what you are hyped about, but man the dudes grown up, fair enough he may say a dodgy comment sometimes but alot of the time he is accused of fake quotes (Jackson, Movie Star etc). Hes matured and people need to apprieciate what hes done for british boxing, hes given us to great domestic scraps against Limond and Gomez and showed heart, simple as, people can express opinions, but mine is that theres nothing wrong with a 18-21 year old gettin caught in the hype, we all would.

  9. Which fighter has he EVER disrespected ???? :huh and he seems very professinal outside of the ring he is always in fantastic shape, and Freddie Roach has said a few times how Khan is one of the hardest working boxers he has ever trained

the thing that pissed me off was how BEFORE the kotlenik fight was even talked about or signed....he was giggling like a school girl about how kotelnik is the worse champ ever, and then ricky supported him when he got sparked out by prescott, and was friends with him, and kahn said he would never face hatton, then after listening to roach, and hatton gets sparked out by manny, and his best days may be behind him.....kahn: i want to face hatton, how low can you go....but like said thats MY Opinion

In the space of about half an hour you have posted on threads lauding both Tyson Fury and Carl Froch...two of the biggest, baddest mouths in british boxing - one who has achieved nothing yet and the other who is only just starting to fulfill his potential - yet you haven't said a word about disrespect...what gives?

Kotelnik and ''worst world champion'' comments = He knew he was fighting Kotelnik, he was having a laugh and giving the viewing audience a hint of a possible opponent.

Ricky Hatton comments = I wasnt impressed with them i agree, but even then they could be words from a manager etc or simply untrue like the comments on him hating Micheal Jackson and giving up boxing for Hollywood movies.
