Why did Chavez write in his book that he thought the Whitaker fight wasn't even CLOSE and he won easily? :huh

I might show hate towards certain fighters but an overall fan in the end.

 

That just means that Chavez didn't approve of Whitaker's fighting style because he fights a totally different style. In boxing that's normal, usually the aggressor takes it as he's the one with more heart/ability/balls, it's like a bullfight so to speak with the bull always looking more intimidating regardless of how the matador makes him look foolish. Still though Whitaker's boxing ability is Gold Medal worthy. I would admit that this comment from him is the one that just made me hate his guts, though his boxing ability can't be denied despite all the controversy.
