No, actually Chagaev beat Ruiz & Valuev for that title. It's Valuev that has the fake title...................Ruiz ain't got ****.

I hope they don't. If this fight can be negotiated to air on ESPN it would be bring credibility to ESPN as a boxing venue and maybe more 'average' sports fan would start paying attention. HBO represents the 'elitist' and while that is an audience you won't want to disenfranchise you only need to look back at the 90's and early 00's to see what PPV has done for Boxing's overall popularity.

Correct me if I'm wrong. HAYE pulled out of the fight, not Klitschko, right?

Any momentum potentially created by this matchup airing on ESPN would be negated as soon as said average sports fans hear the negativity and straightup hate coming from Teddy Atlas regarding all things Klitschko. I'd love to see Tessitore and Kenny handle this one. Listening to Teddy talk about the Klitschkos is such a buzzkill that it could be the most competitive fight in the world, but it would still require muting to at all enjoy.

You guys don't want Teddy saying good things about the Klitschkos. remember the curse of Atlas. I bet boxers must watch Friday Night Fights before they box saying to themselves, "don't pick me Teddy... don't pick me"

Oh I hope it's ESPN. I get HBO because they usually have decent fights, and of course Wlad fights on HBO. I don't wanna get Showtime too, it's not in the budget.

If it wasn't for Tessitore I would watch all ESPN fights on Mute. I have amazing patience but every time my wife hears Atlas speak it's about all I can do to keep her from throwing things at the television. That man is a kill-joy.

Chagaev has more chances to beat Wlad then Haye. And the fact is that Haye pulle out the fight, not Wlad, so shut the **** up!

I'm glad HBO is not airing the fight. It leaves more money in their budget for the second half of the year. Also Wlad fight is an international fight so you know it will be covered.
