WOW. Very very bad post. I stick up for Mayweather when it's due and bash him when that is due. This however is one of the worst threads I have ever seen here at ESB.

The guy has basically written a 300 word sentence on how PBF would destroy the elite of the welterweight division (fighters he clearly has shown no intention of facing) based on the Gatti beatdown.

Also, the Williams, Margarito and Cotto ducking Mayweather part was a hoot!

    Again. Terrible thread.

Nope, has to do with the fact that Mosley made Cotto look like Willie Pep in there.

Exactly styles make fights. And Mosley has always sucked against pure boxers.

Margo didn't beat ANYONE until he actually wins a fight without loaded gloves, which he hasn't done yet. The only time he tried it he got absolutely annihilated, beat down and humiliated by a 37 yr old man.

I'm thinking pre Margarito, Cotto would have been the most dangerous fight for Floyd to ever take.

He was WAY better than DLH at that point. He would have been one of the fastest (if not THE) boxers Floyd had faced. As well as the most brutal to the body, definitely the most powerful and well schooled.

The hype for that fight was awesome. Shame it never happened. Who knows what damage the Margarito beatdown has done?

Who doesnt have trouble with speed lol? Thats like saying a fighter has trouble with getting hit in the face.

10 years ago, stylistically Mosley would have gave Mayweather hell. Now? Nah. Watch the Mosley vs cotto and Mayorga fight. If Mosley cant predict where the punches are coming from, he struggles. Plus his stamina issues.

If its so easy why doesnt Floyd fight him instead of picking a guy two divisions bellow welterweight.
