Vitali could just knock Oleg out, then a week later knock Haye out. Those are two easy fights. Haye would be the easier fight. However, Vitali was ready to fight Haye, but WBC forced him to fight Gomez, mandatory, OK, so Vitali should be allowed to fight Haye this time, then knock Oleg out later.
Vitali wastes too much time whe he can fight and isnt injured. Its been 3-4 months already since his last fight, He should be in training for a fight in the next 1-2 months. But no, this is why Vitali will never move up the ATG list. Inactivity and weak resume. The big O fight should already have been scheduled, its a mismatch, easy money for Vitali and a respectable defense.
The only good reason I can see for not getting this sorted in the ring is that Vitali wants to avoid the risk of injury.
