I know more than you, thats for damn sure. if you thought the Mayweather-DLH fight was close then of course you thought DLH beat Whitaker, even with a kockdown:patsch

Oscar has trouble with speed and slick fighters. Sure alot of fighters have trouble but Oscar always losses big fights what would make this fight any different? PBF was way past his best weight and still beat Oscar so we can draw on that a fight at 147 PBF would be better and not come in at a career high for weight and you add PBF never losses big fights and you have another PBF victory.

Absolutely agree. It wasn't just one or the other, past welter, hell past lightweight Oscar slowed drastically in the championship rounds.

My point was i think they INTENDED on a profitable rematch but anyone at all familiar with Eastside around that time knew that it was getting shittalked like crazy. The mainstream public wouldn't have bought a rematch like they did Holy-Tyson 2 and the hardcore didn't want the fight at all. I think Floyd retired because he didn't see the money in the rematch that he wanted.

For mayweather the higher up in weight a fight was made against de la hoya the harder it is for him to beat him IMO, there respective 130 versions floyd takes him apart but the respecive 154 versions dela hoya beats mayweather clearly.

With this fight being at 147 i'd favour oscar, as big a PBF fan as i am hes never proved at 147 he could beat someone like dela hoya and he just plain isnt as good as fighter as he was before he got to welter, he's a little to small which makes himm fight to defensively and only look to pot shot, i'd pick mayweather at 140 and below however
