Watching that Corley clip makes me wish Floyd had actually campaigned at 140.

He had an excellent blend of speed and power at the weight.

Castillo 1 round #7 Floyd demonstrates that he has a hell of a chin

From what I've seen - Castillo (but not many headshots), Corley - one big headshot, Judah - knocked him down, ref was clueless not to call it, Hatton round 1 - got him with a clubbing hook

Nothing much else, Floyd has a good chin and can brawl and fight on the inside if he wants...he just doesnt like it

Corley and Zab catching Floyd on the mouth looks pretty. It didnt effect Mayweather at all, he beat their ass, and won nearly every round afterwards.

Now Castillo. Those punches he was landing around the beltline, those hurt for real. Those arent pretty punches that look good. Those are the punches some judges dont count but **** up your insides. I believe Castillo broke 2 of Floyds ribs during the fight. That was floyd getting hit where it mattered.

That knockdown was more of a slip than from an actual punch.

The rumor has it that the cleanest punch to this day came from ''Feather Fisted Ellerbe'' when Mayweather refused to receive his blow job...

Lame^ interesting side note though watching the corley fight...at the end of round 11 I think it was, emmanual steward says he wonders how floyd would do against power punching junior welter weights, even goes on to say he'd favor sharmba mitchell if and when the two ever fought.

Yup too many people bring up that point acting like mayweather was hurt. :patsch
From a techincal point yes it was a knockdown but dont make it out to be what its not.

Anyone who follows Floyd is used to it.

Brian Kenny claiming Floyd is ducking Baldomir and Hatton to fight Zab Judah. Emmanuel claiming that Floyd had never fought anyone like Baldomir before and it would be his toughest fight. ect ect ect

People want to make the Zab judah fight bigger then it was. Apparently Zab Judah won the first 4 rounds despite being outlanded 25-23 and outthrown by nearly 40 punches.

Then somehow Floyd beating his ass the rest of the way was Zab losing focus or some ****.

I'd love to see Mayweather fight Cotto. That would test his chin for sure - Cotto would be the best fighter Foyd had ever faced, bar none. Flush shots would be landing for both fighters.
