He'll say what he needs to say. But Mallinaggi has been fighting for ignoble motives for a long time. There's interviews of him floating around on youtube from like 2 years ago where he basically admits that he's not very good, that his bad hand permenently ******s him, that he won't be fighting much longer and that he's only doing it for money. Whenever he signs a fight he starts smack-talking whilst similtaneously sending text messages to his opponend saying 'ha ha did you hear what I said? just joking bro' (such was the case with Hatton anyway). He's an o.k. guy but not woth thinking about.
if the fight continued on marquez wins the fight, on the 3 scorecards....diaz was head by 2, marquez ahead by 2, and one had it tied, marquez was never in trouble, except for round 2 or 3 where marquez was wobbled....paulie has a better chin then marquez.... paulie beats diaz by a UD if he mentally shows up.
People need to stop saying Marquez was losing the fight against Diaz. Stop listening to the HBO Cheer Squad when you watch a fight. With that said, Diaz beats Malignaggi in what should be known as THE PILLOW FIGHT. Those two couldn't punch their ways out of peanut brittle.
Yea Malinaggi is one of those guys whos average in everything but not quite good at one particular thing. He has an ok resume with not so impressive victories and devastating losses where he was simply fed to lions.
I think he'd be a perfect fit on Showtime or HBO, too. He knows his **** and is pretty natural talking about boxing.
Battle of two featherfisted fighters- this would be interesting. It would be a war because neither would KO the other and the Marquez-Vasquez fight would look pale and anemic with the amounts of punch connected.
I would insists he gets a liposuction on his kisser before showing him to the TV audience in the quality of a boxing expert.
This fight will definitely be a case of whoever lands the first big shot will win. Two massive punchers. Dont blink
