so, when is Pavlik - Abraham going to happen?

 

Either way this is one helluva fight that has to get the juices flowing in every boxing fan. If this does happen and it's in the UK I am there. Simple as.

 

Froch had the deadlights in his eyes after Taylor dropped him, dude.

And to say Hopkins isn't a big puncher is ignorant. Dude has pop, he's just not a KO guy.

 

It's a good fight if Froch overcomes Bute later this year. There is only one fight out there for Pavlik at the moment @ middleweight, though, and that fight is with Abraham. This fight has to happen to establish the true number 1 in the division and this is also the reason that it won't happen.

 

I think you see Froch much better than he really is....

 

You could also say that if someone like Taylor could have Froch on the canvas then imagine what Pavlik could do.

 

I just hope Froch signes to fight Bute in september.
As far as I'm concerned he could fight Pavlik aswell.
I think he'd lose both.

 

WTF? when did hopkins become this beast in the ring, as a puncher?.....

like i said in one thread you will see overrated, with kelly pavlik's picture, who ducks everybody with a pulse at 160, cant fight at 168.....

and froch, was fine from taylor dropping him compared to pavlik getting a beat down by hopkins, you imagine if a guy had a stronger punch then hopkins mr. overrated pavlik is back shining shoes in ohio.

 

I said I might be over rating him.... well see what the future holds.. I think to beat him you have to be very strong mentally and a be a slick boxer...

They would be infront of each other all night just pounding on each others face

 

In the first fight with Taylor, Pavlik was outboxing him for good portions of the fight before KO'ing him. Froch simply outlasted Taylor, he would have never won on points.

Interesting matchup anyway, what happens if Pavlik meets someone physically as strong as he is?

 

This is the part i really support. Win or loose vs Pavlik, the fact is, Pavlik is not one of the best SMW, Bute is, Kessler is, Pavlik is NOT. After that, if Carl win, we will be hearing ''WOW Carl is a real badass, he's the best SMW in the world, he fear nobody, he want to take on the best..blahblahblah...''

He need to take on Bute or Kessler and no more middleweight.
