for me it is a Chin. Without one you are pretty much on borrowed time. Anyone can fight 20-25 bums and get a title shot these days but if you have a Glass Jaw you will be exposed.

    Thoughts?

I would have to say stamina...I've seen people have all of the skills, the chin to take punishment, the power to crack you opponents skull and the speed to look lightning fast but it all went down the drain because he got tired. Stamina should be the focal point of a fighter IMO.

I am going to by pass the physical attributes and say the most important attribute for a boxer to possess is a Warrior mind set or indomitable will. Physically I would say Stamina.

    Skills...

When have you seen Mayweather hit clean? He's at the top because of skills.

What about Wlad? He has no chin, yet he's at the top.

Guys with good chins and nothing else end up like Margarito.

But if I had to choose.......power....

If you have enough power, a lot of your opponents will have glass chins.

its power for me, if you gain the respect of your opponent first they will be less likely to force the fight

Far too simplistic to say that any one attribute is more important to have than another IMO,different attributes compliment different styles
