no news of a return to the ring for anderson after his shocker against nathan king, everyone bar anderson thought king won the fight? thoughts?atschatsch
****ed his ribs around the 3rd or 4th from what i remember. It was obvious watching, he had hurt his hand was the presumption at the time. Thaa boy he fought was damn well awkward too. Fair play to him.
you talking about the commonwealth champion? god he was the best thing to watch at the games. what happend agasint nathan king?
maybe 3 years ago,he got a cut eye, broken ribs and nose damage against a journeyman who's lost more than he's won FFS.no one thought anderson won the fight he was booed by the home crowd as well,he will never beat smith, quigley or magee, who trains anderson since he split with billy nelson?terry mc corrmack, peter harrison any updates?
He still boxses like an amatuer, dosent move his head enough either, and just looks to land his big punch.
rocky i can tell you first hand what a punch kenny's got,no one will stand up if he lands flush on there jaw no one!
I billy im sure thats true, he has a huge punch on him, but it seems to me that all he does is go looking to land it. his last fight he was getting slaughtered for still boxing like an amatuer, he wasnt moving his head, was upright, and just looking for the big punch.
i didn't train kenny for his last fight so i won't comment.no i don't think he beat degale on the way to his gold medal
anderson's nothing but a bighead,he actually thought he beat king (you tube),heard peter harrison has trained anderson for his last few fights even though he's the am development coach
I'd love to see you fight 6/7 rounds with a broken rib, I dont think anyone can judge Kenny on his last fight, Everyone I was sitting beside thought he won the fight by at least a round , I never heard any body booing him. King has been offered a rematch as soon as Anderson is fully healed, Anderson maybe never showed his boxing ability in that fight but he showed his heart, Look at the mess Ricky Burns made of the Carl Johanson fight (and he lost and never suffered a broken a rib) he has learned from a tough tough fight and I'm sure Anderson will do the same.
done a bit of research he beat Tony Jeffries in the quarter finals of the tournament http://www.melbourne2006.com.au/Participants/Participants?ID=109045
Tbh I think Anderson has only boxed to 50% of his ability since he turned pro, I'v been at 7 of his pro fights and he does seem to go looking for the knock out to much, the only time I thought he really boxed well was against Shuan Davis. Is Peter Harrison training him now?, How come Dean Powell does his corner?
