    HYPE?!

    dude,

would you care analyze the resume of JMM? What is there to really put him in #2 spot?!

Winning over ULTRA prime MAB, yeah his win over JUAN Diaz who earlier lost to 37 year old Papa Nate?!

Ah! I KNOW his greatest acomplishment thus far, A CLOSE FIGHT with PAC :hi:

but props to him for fighting PBF.:good

most ATGs' defining moments completely overshadow JMM's defining moment

I didnt bother reading all of these pages...but has Bernstein ever heard of Sal Sanchez? Or seen Floyd at 130? Or Alexis Arguello? Or Willie Pep? I could go on and on...

Pac is a great, GREAT fighter...an ATG fighter in fact. But be ****ing serious...the best ever under 135? He mustve been drunk.

I agree, Pac would not beat Duran in 50 tries. Pac doesn't win fantasy fights!

He did say "under" 135. Duran was the greatest lightweight in boxing history.

Well, instead of dismissing outright his claim, we can perhaps look for reasons and certainly there are some that maybe valid. For one, Pac had won five titles in five different divisions from 112 to 135 lbs, Is there any other boxer under 135 lbs who had done such a feat?

This is silly! Officially Pac had a draw and a win over JMM. JMM is a great fighter with excellent skills set far better than Pac but the fact remains that he had not scored a win over Pac! :deal Saying JMM schooled Pac twice is simply delusional!:yep

Yup, Marquez will be remembered for that one lucky draw and close lost to the Pacman! JMM is a great fighter with excellent skills but failed to beat Pac in two tries!:good

^^^name me a flyweight/bantam champ that had success past 126?

what jofre has done is almost replicated by olivares
    same as canto to perez
and the 115 division has yet to produce a certified ATG

in his big fights, he is the smaller man....ledgwaba, barrera 1, morales 1 & 2, hatton, dela hoya and diaz...

what do you mean big mass advantage? that is clear downgrading of what pacquiao had done

his first two losses and the 3rd morales fight are insignificant fights in evaluating his legacy...

pac was always the smaller guy in his title fights as a challenger except maybe in the 130 fight with morales...it is unfair to equate pacquiao as the bigger guy cause it doesn't makes sense..who can you be the bigger guy if you jump in weight to beat the champ in higher division...(ledgwaba, barrera, hatton, diaz)

marquez only fought 2 guys that is naturally bigger than him...

the 2nd loss was the one he was drained. lol, how could morales have toyed with pacman if he was shot? it was pac's first fight at 130 and it was clear that at that time, he was initmadated by morales' size. morales was slightly past his prime but still the man at 130. pac can still be classified as a green fighter back then.

did you even saw the first fight? jmm looked bigger than pac. marquez was a career featherweight. most of pac's fight back then was at 122 or under.
