Honestly your score is just as bad as that judge you're criticizing.

And NO, Quartey did NOT "virtually shut Oscar down for LONG stretches...." they both were very hesitant throughout the whole fight and it was close until the end .

The fight was very easy to score for me. I had Quartey winning 6 rounds to 5 going into the 12th round and we all know what happened there.

Indeed, group of people inside the ring, but there was enough "tough to score" rounds to split close evenly. Noone can claim objectivity if they gave all the close rounds to one fighter!

 

exactly! oscar-mosley 2 was "close" and rounds were tough to score but if i had it 10-2 oscar it's hardly fair.

Either way, oscar deserved the win. I wouldn't argue if it was Ike but it was NOT robbery. Looking back to the thread topic, Ike would be one of floyd's toughest 147 fights. Behind Hearns, Robinson, Napoles

Not sure If I smell a little sarcasm here:think, but FLoyd would have to beat a slew of other fighters at 147 before I would consider him in the same ring with the likes of Hearns, Robinson and Napoles!

 

haha, ****. no sarcasm intended dude. i'm not a fan of mayweather but i respect him and his adaptability and there is a list of guys that would give mayweather hell. most welter's i'd honestly give him a decent shot against

 

There's no such thing as a prime 147 lb PBF. I'm sure it's already been said but it bears repeating.

 

If I stretched it, I probably could have found one more round to give to Oscar.

And when two fighters are "hesitant", but one is landing his jab and controlling the action while the other one is looking clueless, I know who I'm giving the round to. The look on Oscar's face when the 10th and 11th ended told the whole story. And to his credit, he came out firing in the 12th.

 

Irrespective of who would win, I'm shocked that so many people still think Floyd got a gift decision against DLH.

 

It was a clear, but close win for Floyd. I don't even think it's debatable as to who won.

dont know i wanna say floyd because in floyds prime he was so fast.
And he got into more brawls then he does now . At light weight it would be a good fight.
not so good later in life he dosent want to get his head ripped off by these bigger guys
