-The guy constantly fights top quality/elite opposition

    -He's exciting to watch

-Has knockout power in both hands

    -He's humble

-He seems to be a legitimately nice guy

Hell, he may even yet fight shane mosley. Remember, this is a guy who used to be a fricken flyweight!

In short, the guy is hard not to like. That is all :rasta

I agree with everything but with the first sentence, and i like the pacman but i think that after morales 1 the only challenge he took was jmm and jmm was already old, with all the atriuttes he has i think he could easily had taken bigger challenges than an old MAB, ODLH, a paper champ like diaz and a guy whom style was made for him(hatton), still i dont think its his fault, its the way now boxing is, first the money then the money and again, i would like to see him fight furios hungry young contenders just like the old ATGs used to let the contenders have an opportunity to fight them, and thats not just the pacman, its boxing in general...SAD but TRUE...

ask this question to finito and nallege and some other ******s

the only explanation on this was that some people root for a certain fighter, like floyd or marquez for example, or biased on certain fighters, and most of these posters end up discrediting pac and not giving his props either because of their mad love for their fave fighter or because they just dont like pacs style of fighting

I respect Pac I don't like him because he ruined some of my favorite fighters(Hatton not one of them :) ). And I can't find his personality entertaining. Yes he is a nice guy but he is a little bit boring. Anyway I respect him a lot. Just hope that he is going to lose everytime :)

This is a silly noob post. Contenders should fight contenders and the guy who comes out on top should fight those in the top 5, until he is finally considered as the top contender who eliminated the elite. That's the time, he can fight a fighter w/ Pac's stature. Pac can only consider fighting the elite fighters like Floyd, Cotto, Shane, Marquez, etc. He's at the tailend of his career and he's good only for one or two more fights.

but come on, somebody tell us this isnt an idiotic or moronic(or both) post.

hahah and this coming from a Pac fan haha. I'm a lot more objective than 95% of Pac fans. And if you are not a fan of some of the fighters I can't see how can you be a fan of the sport generally.

The first sentence is the one that is not true. Who are really true the quality/elite opposition for the last 5 years he beat? Old Morales who was coming off losses? Old Barrera in the rematch when he was coming off a loss? A shot weight drain De la hoya? Already ruined chin but never was really very good in Hatton? David Diaz? The only i can think of is Marquez in which many thought Marquez won the rematch.

Yes Pacquiao is a very humble guy and all that is an exciting fighter to watch no doubt but many biased Pacquiao fans thinks he's unstoppable cause of his overrated wins over Morales twice, Barrera rematch, Marquez rematch, De la hoya, Hatton. <<<<If you look at reality of those fighters except Marquez, were they really at their best? and was one of them really that good?

I forgot to mention that Pacquiao, Roach, Pacquiao advisor wants Mosley to drain himself badly to make 142 pounds in order for Pacquiao vs Mosley to happen. <<<<<So sage you think Mosley will still be the same fighter? Honestly.
