    His record is quickly becoming a who's who of the welterweight division. Paul Williams and Mayweather are going to be noticeably absent though, but its not Cotto's fault Mayweather won't fight him.

    cotto would fight him if arum wants it. as it is, cotto would have boxed off williams instead of quintana doing it just after they have beaten mosley and margo.
