    Rahman against Lewis?
    Jackson against Graham?
    Marciano vs Moore?

It wasn't the Moore fight that Marciano won with one significant punch , it was his title winning fight with Walcott.
The fight with Moore was like a slow steady bludgeoning, and after a slow start, and suffering a knockdown himself, Rocky was in command when he finally ended the fight in the 9th.
The first Walcott fight, Rocky was losing, all the way, also got knocked down , and behind on points when the single right hand obliterated Walcott.

    Tarver.
Nothing he's ever done in his career comes close to the punch he landed on Roy.
I'd be amazed if he's remembered for anything else at all.

Without a doubt it has to be Tarver in the Jones rematch, and the words he said right before the bell rang will be his legacy...

You got any excuses tonite Roy!!!

    "Rocky Balboa"

Oh yeah, As per the Q.
I'd say Sam Peter Vs. Jeremy Williams.
That was the fight that made Peter. (& hasn't matched impact wise)

That is going to be hard to live down. No matter what success he has, it'll always be there.

    To some extent, Zab Judah.
