Very low interest in this fight- Chagaev at his best had a very competitive fight with RUIZ, against kilitschko he is going to be made to look the limited fighter that he is,
he has a decent skill set, decent movement, decent punching power, decent size, but add it all up and he just doesn't belong in the ring with Wlad

To really put it in perspective, Holyfield beat Valuev more comprehensively than Chagaev did in his 'break through' performance, despite the fact that Holyfield got jobbed

He won't have to come out fighting.

He'll just bide his time, jab away, and Chagaev will become desperate, and the knockout will come...

Hmm..he knocked out Thompson late, didn't he? His best round against Peter was the 12th. Gassing out from overpacing or a blood sugar imbalance(as in Wlad's case against Purrity and Brewster) can happen to athleteswith great stamina, it happens to marathon runners and ironman triathletes.

For the record, Wlad runs 10k under 40 minutes. For a 240 pound man, that is incredible stamina.

Put Klitschko UD, though I'm thinking a late TKO. I don't feel he has the defensive skills of an Ibragimov to survive, nor do I think he will be quite so tentative.

Holyfield gets a lot of sentimental credit for his performance against Valuev. He did well in short flashes, but Chagaev was much more consistent through the fight. Also, Holyfield was pinned against the ropes in the later rounds a few times and looked helpless, this is easily forgotten in the sentimentally colored memory of how well Holyfield did for an old man.

Throwing a few slow motion punches at holyfield while he is on the ropes didn't do anything to help Valuev's case . . . it just seems really obvious to me that Chagaev has lead on his feet compared to Holyfield who was bouncing the entire fight and never stopped giving Valuev Angles, whereas Chagaev just waited to counterpunch,
take it for what you will

Chagaev is not a dumb fighter and he has good power and movement. It's just a matter of him being close to 100% physically, and if he is then he'd do well against Klitschko.

Haye has shown me nothing at Heavyweight that leads me to believe he would beat any of the current beltholders or even some of the top contenders. The fact that he was trying to fight Barrett and JD Chapman is very telling.

I think you might not be able to think clearly when regarding Haye. Watch some film.

Seriously, it really is that simple. That is EXACTLY how it's gonna go, and we all really know it.:yep

Prolly between the 7th and 9th rounds, I'd say.
