If Margo can fight at 147, he can fight there. What you are thinking of is size. If people are going to complain about Floyd fighting Hatton (even though they are equal in size with slight differences) then why not complain about Margo wanting to fight Floyd or even Pacquaio? (He did say he wanted Pacquaio)

I never condoned Margo wanting to fight Pacquiao but Floyd should have fought Margo because Floyd was fighting as a welterweight and chose to occupy that division whilst picking the weakest links.

Margarito had a chance to fight Floyd but turned it down needing his warm up back (Gomez fight).

Floyd was fighting as a welterweight, Margarito was fighting as a welterweight so what exactly are you trying to say to me? that Floyd is smaller? well if this was the case then why the hell was Floyd fighting as a welterweight? why didn't he stay as a light welterweight? its horses for courses, he occupied that division long enough to be seen as a welterweight.

Hatton fights at 140 and Floyd has spent the majority of the past 5 or more years fighting as a welterweight, Hatton only recently tried his hand at 147 and looked like complete **** at the weight. The reason why Floyd should have moved down to 140 for Hatton was because it would have made it an even fight.

Margo would not have to move down in weight to fight Floyd because they are in the same weight division. Hatton was coming from Light welter so your question has just been answered...

If Margo never wanted to fight then why the **** was he in Floyds face offering him a career high payday to fight him????????

MArgarito never offered ****. Arum offered him a deal to fight Floyd but it required Floyd to resign with Arum.

Arum offered 8 million for Margarito and less money for bigger threats. Why less for bigger threats? Floyd declined. Margarito had his chance and declined before as well.
