Interesting read, well done. I agree with what you're saying, though it will probably be a good fight again I find it hard to envisage Wright reversing the result. Probably another points win for Ajose. It will be interesting to see if he can do it more convincingly bearing in mind his slow start last time and Olu's comments re: him not having much time to prepare.

I didn't know Ajose had been given British citizenship and hence this was for the British title. Probably explains why my suggestion of him going to the States isn't likely to be acted upon. This fight is to some extent going over old ground. I can excuse this one as it's for a recognised title. However, after this he needs to kick on and that means going to European level or preferably an eliminator for that world title shot against a good quality contender. Otherwise, he's going end up fighting nobodies until he's past his best and becoming another "wudda, shudda, cudda" like, say, Richard Williams.

That was an example of how overrated Olusegun is. The fact he's even in the tenth against a fighter like Gary Reid, who has been knocked about time and time again.

If you want to see him square on, see him against Bradley Pryce.

He's a domestic quality fighter, thats all he is. You fanboys need to accept that your hero is not very good.

I do live in the real world, you know.

And in the real world anyone with an ounce of sense knows that Olusegun has done sweet f.a. in terms of providing legitimate reason for him to challenge for a world title or any title above British level.

Just watched the fight and I might be asking you for the lottery numbers. You've called it perfectly. Ajose is fine domestically. Adam Smith once again shows his true colours by say Olusegun could be fighting for a world title. On what basis. Dull and ordinary.

Well why don't Hatton Promotions ask us to give him his farewell fight in Manchester. We will gladly retire him.

Why are you disrespecting Hatton? He has said nothing to you and yet you respond to someone else by saying this? You need to respect people in boxing Olu, you never know who will be promoting possible future opponents for your 'boy'.

Truth is there is no comparison between Ricky and Ajose. One has fought and won several world titles at two different weights while the other is currently feasting on mid to low level british opponents.

While I agree Ajose has some talent, he has not faced anyone even half decent yet. You need to step him up and make a decent fight for once. Then you can shout your big mouth off and not look like a tit.

Thanks 9Ball. First of all I am not disrespecting Hatton who I like a lot particularly on a personal/personality level. The truth is I don't even know whether he will fight again but if he does then obviously we are ready and willing. We took the fight to add the prestigious Lonsdale belt to the titles Ajose has won Commonwealth and African Boxing Union. I also quite Paul McCoskey and which the best of luck for the European title so we can have a lucrative contest against him in Ireland. As you know my opinions on Witter is not the highest. These are the only domestic fighters we can fight anymore as we push for the world title with Ajose's high rankings.

Thanks for recognising Ajose's talent and we promise not to let you down.
