I just watched his fight with a journeyman on FNF.

I like Guerrero, I think he has a few things working in his favour. He has a good left hand. It's straight, fast, and appears to be very accurate, at least against low tier opposition. In addition, he seems to change gears very quickly, getting very explosive which helps him come out on top on a lot of heated exchanges. He has relatively fast hands.

However, either the journeyman he just fought has a chin made of iron, or there is no power in Guerrero's left hand. He doesn't seem to deal with getting cut very badly, which is a problem considering he follows threw with his left counter, making him susceptible to head clashes. Roberto is a 130lb, he isn't terribly great at anything, but he is workmanlike, strong, and accurate.

Without power, I think he'll struggle to standout among the new crop of up and coming fighters.

    Goodluck to him.

The opponent had to pull out because I think his arm was broke, or there was at least a serious injury to his right arm. Guerrero landed everything but the kitchen sink on this journeyman and he didn't seem to really hurt him during any point of the fight. That is a worrying sign.

What happened with his fight against hinojosa?

His last fight against yordan showed that the ghost lacks the heart of a champion.

He displays a lot of heart if you ask me. In his fight with Yordan, the ref asked him if he could see (after the headbutt) to which he replied "I can't see" because of the blood covering that eye. The ref then went on to stop the fight without EVER asking if Guerrero wanted to continue. Watch the tape and stop talking $hit.

That's your opinion bro and I respect that but I thought he could have continued and give people their money's worth after that head clash. Other fighters suffered worst injuries but continued fighting but that's just me so chilax man.

I hear u, I thought about his heart too, but he was cut again from a butt and fighting toe to toe with a bigger, stronger fighter at lightweight tonight. The Ghost outboxed his opponent early. Late in the fight Hinojosa came on strong landing hard shots at Robert. The opportunities arised for the Gilroy fighter and he landed at will. I thought he was gonna get the KO soon, but the fight was stopped due to an injury sustained by the Mexican native.

The young fighter can box with good aggression. I'm glad he didn't get an easy KO victory. He needs to learn to break his opponents down with accumilation. I'm glad his team put him in with a bigger, stronger fighter with good whiskers. Good matchmaking. I heard he's aiming at a title shot next vs Klaussen.

My biggest issue with that fight is, why not a rematch with Youdan?

"worst injuries"? What the hell does that mean?

Honestly, that outcome sucked in that fight, but it was a bad cut, and the best thing for him was the fight to be stopped. Yordan was going to be a tough fight without a horrible cut.. but Guerrero didn't quit.. stop giving him ****.

I agree. Youdan was pretty crafty in there, but I think The Ghost was too strong for him and eventually would of stopped him.

Youdan turned him down. His team asked for a rematch right away after the fight and was told no. so you cant fault the ghost there.

Guerrero fought Hinojosa and dominated but looked like he could've possibly taken him out earlier.
