Who thinks Cotto will win by body shot stoppage ?

    Clottey with that high guard leaves himself open for that underneath the elbows shot to the ribs.

    I can see Cotto exploiting this and slowing Clottey down, down the stretch to win via bodyshot assault but how do you see it going?

    This is not my prediction this is just a scenario that could possibly play out

    Cotto will quickly find out that he is not punching Micheal Jennings when he goes to the body attach. And at some point he will abandon this and go back to the headhunting he did against Margarito.


    Anything can happen in boxing, but no one with any sense would predict a Cotto stoppage of any kind. Very unlikely to happen.

    I have done some research, WHO THE HELL IS THIS CLOTTEY?:lol: I am not surprised if Cotto after all totally schools this African Fool.

    edit. and Im not surprised If cotto stops Joshua from body shot

    lol I wouldn't go as far to call him an African fool because he is going to bring the fight but the question is will his flaws be exploited

    Could happen. Cotto will have to watch his hands on Clottey's hard helmet. The softer, fleshier underbelly would be a prime place to target. I dont think he stops him though. Clottey seems sculpted from granite

    If Clottey is able to counter Cotto's left hooks to the body w/uppercuts.
    It could be a long night for Miguel., let your hands go on the inside. (Short shots)

    If Clottey just stands there w/his shell "D"
    It will be a stoppage for Cotto via body attack, late RDs.

    I think that Cotto will win, and likely by a decision, but it will be by virtue of an accumulated body attack over the tough Clottey, rather than by a single shot body blow ko.

    It could happen, if Cotto does stop him it's more likely to be from going to the body than by headhunting, but I don't think he will stop him I'm going for Cotto to win on points.
