I dont think it will happen because he will start getting hit with that uppercut every time he tries to go to the body. That will stop him from throwing bodu punches, and then its on

Anything's possible tonight ... i'm not sure who will win this fight ... I don't know how Cotto will respond to pressure ... he boxed Margarito's ears off and still wasn't able to break him down. He's not going to run over Clottey and I'm not sure he can fight that good going backwards.

If Clottey circles to Cotto's right away from that left hook i'm sure that he can spell trouble for Cotto -

I can see Cotto winning a tough decision but not by stoppage ...

I think maybe he will win in a late stoppage, like 11 or 12 round or in a UD. I think Clottey is well prepared for this fight. But Cotto look pretty good, maybe he will finish the work early.

Its so tough to call. I'm going for Cotto because im Boricua but I think Clottey can hang with him. I really think this is a toss up, or maybe like 55-45 Cotto but Clottey can win. no prediction, I just hope Cotto wins

IDK I feel like if Cotto goes to the body too much he will get countered hard with double hooks. He will be open for it

    No.
    Not tonight.
Clottley is very strong and tough as nails.
Cotto may win, but he is in for a fight.

I can understand people who pick Clottey by KO, Cotto has been hurt many times before in fights so it's not out of the question for Clottey to do it. I just can't see Clottey following up or taking advantage of it well enough even if he hurts him, Clottey isn't a good finisher at all.

The body of clottey is usually quite open, but the body work needs to be set up otherwise clottey will catch cotto with his uppercuts when your pulling out. The judah fight showed that if you throw combinations at clottey consistantly he does nothing, doesnt move, doesnt throw back, doesnt even move his head, rather he chooses to take shots to his gloves. Another thing is that judah managed to blast clottey's shell defence away from his head occasionally, something which cotto could exploit. Finally, people still underestimate the power of cotto, hes a savage puncher whos is very accurate coupled with solid boxing skills.

Cotto needs to go in hard from round one against clottey and make him taste his power and speed. If he chooses to box and move he will lose as miguel is not a slick fighter and doesnt use his shoulder very well to deflect shots.

It would be great if Cotto could stop Clottey, it would prove he is back to his best. I don't see it happening but I do see him winning a UD.
