Did he simply step aside and let Wlad compete

or did they fight as ametures for which one would represent the ukraine

And what would have happened had he competed would it have been the same result as wladamir recived

What are the odds that Vitali was using roids and Wlad wasn't?
Wlad KO1 Olympic drug testing comittee.
It was the very first instance of the patented Klitschko "Revenge of the Brother" series. j/k

I'm guessing Vitali was taking them for an injury from a Dr. or something.

    That's what they all say.

That, or, "I didn't know it was illegal".

The best excuse for a positive drug test ever was Tex Cobb for smoking weed.

"I was jogging on the beach and someone blew marijuana smoke in my face"

Trying to cheat in the olympics is a pretty scumbaggy thing to do. Even though I hate Olympic style boxing, I love the Olympics.
Sort of lowers my opinion of Vitali a bit if it was an all out cheat attempt. It's good he got caught then.

I've heard it said that it was for an injury, I guess it's a "take it or leave it" situation. It was before he was a professional and he's never tested positive as a professional, so I consider it to be pretty much a non-issue. If he tested positive as a pro, that would be another story.

You laugh but it is possible to be tested positive because someone smoked next to you.

I'd like to see you call him that to his face?
    He'd destroy your cheap ass!!
You're lucky you have the internet to make your cheap shots and hide behind.
Problem is "Shitali"- as you have cleverly coined- would anniliate any
    of your heroes.:dead
One, in particular, chickened out in the rematch.:deal
