:nono I saw a very similar fight when he fought Mosley. Although he is a brave fighter, he has problems with people that can stand a take his punches.

aside from the cuts he look slow, in the first round he looked slow, this is the first time cotto looked like the guy hitting the pads- slow, leaning forward getting caught with uppercuts at will- wide punches (helped because clottley was in his shell) i knew cotto had heart so no question there, he won the fight by winning the 11th and 12th round despite that crazy judge 116 to 112, clottley had a chance to win and did not step up bottom line it was his fight to win or lose and he did not step up. if this is the fighter cotto is now he wont beat pacman of mayweather IMO. i am not a hater i just seems to be that he is on the decline..

 

If Marg loaded his gloves than no doubt it took something out of him.

But after seeing this fight it seems as though he gets frustraded when it gets rough and resorts to bad habits. He looked mentally and phisycally similar to when he fought Marg, and Clottey is not a big puncher. Cotto just gets tired and discouraged as the fight goes on.
