You want to compare Margarito's **** poor defense with Pacquiao's?

I believe Mosley and Mayweather can match Pac's speed as of the moment.

There's no way in hell Pacquiao will charge in wide open the way Margarito did, Pacquiao will be all over ring throwing in combinations, moving, body shots, uppercuts(which Cotto happily welcomes). He will be all over him and Cotto already proved he can't handle pressure/combinations. Hell Margarito's extremely predictable and EXTREMELY slow combinations were literally landing at will and in the most predictable way ever.

 

When Pac is a defensive wizzard like Toney and Floyd never Pac is very hittable fighter not a la Margo but hittable and Cotto is very acurated. Well i hope this fight is made to see if this fight is going to be as easy as you think.

Yes late in the round when you where break down and tired by boddy punches with ho knows what. But yes Cotto is very hittable with upecuts.

 

lol yes i noticed that since margo fight. that's why i say cotto has to work on his defense. But i still think that cotto has the skills to cut in angles and throw those bodyshots and hurt pacquiao

 

Pacquiao is no defensive wizard but his defense is very underrated, he used to have bad defense before but trust me he's not easy to catch AT ALL now. The guy has movement, can fight going backwards, throws punches in combinations and his punches are NEVER predictable and come from odd angles sometimes.

His style is all wrong for Cotto and besides, Pacquiao already said he's not going to move up for it and Cotto admitted he can't move down so it's off the table, for now.

If it does happen remember that I told you it will end by TKO and early in favor of Pac. :good

 

He can cut angles though I don't expect him to charge in freely after tasting Pacquiao's power. That's what many people(including myself) overlooked going into the Hatton fight, Pacquiao's power is what ended it for Hatton and that's what would end it for Cotto too and Cotto doesn't have a very good chin. No, I'm not saying his chin is glass but it's not iron either, he can be hurt from one serious/good punch and if anyone specializes in serious/good punches lately then it's Pacquiao.

 

cotto is not going to walk into punches like hatton, he knows how to take a shot.

 

He was walking into punches against Margarito of all people. He was also walking into punches against Torres, Abdulaev, Maussa, Judah, Mosley, Corley, Malignaggi and others. The guy is not impossible to hit and Pacquiao's speed/power is something he has never witnessed before, I'm talking extremely powerful punches he won't see coming and in combinations.

 

Scar, Margarito is an easiler hitter then Pacquiao but Margarito have a proven chin and good lord man Margarito is a way bigger guy. He's what 3 in taller then Cotto? You say Pacquiao won't be easy to hit in which your right but he won't be that hard to find cause he's not the Mayweather slick type defense. Pacquiao will be the smaller fighter going in that fight vs Cotto. If it's at 147 pounds then Cotto by tko cause i just can't see Pacquiao handle Cotto legit hard punching power. But if it's at 144 pounds then Pacquiao by tko cause Cotto will kill himself to make weight.
