I am a Cotto fan and a Pac fan - after last night, Manny would beat Miguel.

Margarito didn't look good vs Clottey. If Cotto didn't look good vs a fighter the same level as David Diaz then yea you got a point about Pacquiao will beat Cotto.

Manny is just too sharp offensively and has the movement to nullify Cotto's offense to the point of at least surviving comfortably. Cotto hasn't really improved on any of his defensive liabilities. Cotto would be too easy for Manny to hit and wouldn't have the raw power to stop him with a punch or two. Manny would break him down.

 

Of course i can't do nothing about it. It's just people overrating his accomplishment. Pacquiao still fought a disadvantage huh? Boy then Roach shouldn't say " i knew Oscar will dehydrated in which is why i wanted Pacquiao to fight him cause he will have a big advantage." <<<<<Shame shame on Freddie Roach.

Then if you saw those fights you'd know Clottey has an excellent defense. MArgarito could rarely lay a glove on him and won largely because Clottey ran out of gas and Margarito never stopped throwing punches.
