I wonder if this is happening so that Floyd can get this fight off hbo ppv and on regular PPV so his negociating stance isn't crippled from the low PPV buys and gate numbers.

 

As one of those clueless no hoping ******s, I can h onestly say it depends on the severity of the injury. Remember Marquez is on the slide as well...so a battle between aging sliding athletes might make for a good fight.

 

I meant find a different opponent if he has to wait long for the rescheduled fight.

 

This the the second time I've heard this theory and it's an interesting one. I'm hoping the fight gets rescheduled and televised on regular HBO.

Margartio started calling out Mayweather when he was RUMORED to be moving up for a fight with Judah, that's when he was at 140lbs. Just like he was showing interest in fighting Cotto who made it there as well. Margarito made a career calling out smaller guys and you were one of his biggest loyal supporters. Now you're bashing on Mayweather for fighting Marquez when in reality Mayweather made a career moving up divisions and fighting guys bigger than him all his career. Five weight division world champion, compare that with the scrubs you were supporting and claiming Mayweather is scared from.
